Movements here are backsquat, deadlift, wallball, ring push-up, pull-up and pistol squat.
The workouts described in the podcast for a taster were:
Part A: 5 x 5 back squat
Part B: 5 rounds quickly of: 15 Wallballs, 250m row
Part C: 3 x max effort ring push-ups
Part A: 7 rounds of 3 deadlift and max effort pull-ups (rest between)
Part B: On the minute every minute:
1 – 200m run
2 – 3 burpees, 5 box jumps, 7 wallballs
3 – 25-30 second carry
Part C: On the minute every minute 10 second assault bike, until failure.
