►Red Bull Joyride from Whistler, Canada:

The hunt for the triple crown of Slopestyle lies in the attraction of the impossible. One rider must win three of the four Crankworx slopestyle events in a single year in order to wear this crown.

Nicholi Rogatkin is on the verge of completing a unique MTB slopestyle feat during Red Bull Joyride at Crankworx Whistler on Sunday, August 20.

The daredevil American has already won two out of the three Crankworx events so far this season with imperious displays at Crankworx Rotorua in memory of McGazza and Crankworx Innsbruck.
If he triumphs in Canada, then the 21-year-old will catapult himself into slopestyle history as well as give himself a chance of topping the 2017 World Tour Championship.

The Boston native currently sits second behind Sweden’s Emil Johansson with fellow Americans Ryan Nyquist and Anthony Messere also in contention for this season’s crown. Canadian legend Brandon Semenuk has won Crankworx Colorado, Crankworx Les 2 Alpes and Red Bull Joyride at Crankworx Whistler, however, he did not do it in a single year.
